Hallo Peter - My group consisting of 10 people have just returned from Poland and we all wanting to say \"Thank You\" for making our stay so enjoyable and so well organised. Your drivers are a credit to your company as they were so helpful and nothing was a problem for them and they were always there on time. Also you recommended our hotel the Kossak which was perfect for all of us. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to my friends and once again thanks for making our time in Poland very enjoyable.

Dear Peter, You may recall we corresponded a few weeks ago. Myself, my wife and my parents have returned from a very enjoyable trip to Krakow. I would not want to miss the opportunity to say how delighted we all were with the service we received from Krakow Direct. As well as all the help we received from you in advance of travelling, from the moment we landed when your driver was waiting for us, to his dropping us off for our return flight, the service we received was quite superb. The cars were spotless and in excellent condition, and drivers were punctual, friendly, helpful and full of interesting information about Krakow. Just back from short break in Krakow, sept 2012. These guys are the tops. Excellent service, excellent staff prompt and very courteous and friendly. Outstanding picked up and drop off on time, given info on the area on the way in. We even had an issue with an hotel change this was no problem made thing very easy dealing with a very professional company, will use on my return next year and highly recommend.

Dear Peter, I just wanted to drop you a note to say that the organisation today was absolutely superb! Peter, the driver was delightful, very efficient and looked after us so well... Richard (I know his name was the Polish equivalent of Richard!!) Was a brilliant guide... He showed us all the important things we needed to see in the time we had, he was very informative and knowledgeable and managed to get us round the camps in plenty of time to get back to get our flight. Thank you to you too for all your hard work in organising it for us.. I know I bombarded you with a few too many emails!! Hi Peter, last year and now this year we have used Krakow direct for all our travel in Poland and when I am arranging a journey it is good to know we are using a company I can trust. We began on Thursday 19 July with your driver collecting us from Krakow airport and taking us to old town square your company then looked after our baggage for 5 hours before collecting us and taking us to Poronin near Zakopane today at 0730 you collected us and took us back to the airport. I do not normally write and thank people but I feel I must as once again your drivers spoke good English told us many things and were in the right place at the right time. See You next Year.

What an incredible visit we had to Krakow. It was absolutely wonderful. And our guide, Lucas, was the most pleasant person we have ever had in countered with your services. We were so glad to have him for the whole time we travelled through Poland. He was a hoot!!!! In Texas, it\'s a saying that means he was so much fun to be with. It really made this trip a memorable one. When we went to all these places, he was right there to tell the vendors what we wanted and it just made it so much easier for us. He showed us an ice cream place that he liked so one evening after dinner we walked until we found it. It was so delicious. Wish we could have taken some back with us. When we were at the pottery places, he went with us and I think he enjoyed himself too. He found us a restaurant after we finished with the pottery factory and we hope he enjoyed it as much as we did. The food was incredible and we all rolled out of that place. We ate it all. He shared his knowledge with some of the churches we went to. We look forward to coming again, possibly as soon as next year. Peter, thank you again for setting up everything. You are very professional in your business.

Lucas collected us from the airport and was there waiting although we were about two hours late, he gave us advice where to find nice restaurants, etc. The trip to Auschwitz was very interesting and the driver even loaned his coat to one of our party due to a sudden downpour.
