Thank you very much for the excellent service our group received from your company this week. We found all your drivers to be prompt, courteous, informative, helpful and safe drivers. You collected us from the airport on Tuesday 26.10.10 and delivered us to the Ibis. Wednesday 27.10.10 you took us to Auschwitz 1 and 2 and then on to the Salt Mines, that was a long day for us and the driver. Today, Friday 29.10.10, you took us back to the Airport from the Ibis for our flight home. We had a great visit to Krakow which was made easier by using your service. We will recommend your company to anyone we know who is coming to Krakow. Please convey our thanks to your drivers.

Just to thank you for the Pick up at the airport and return to airport also the electric car tour our drivers wear all very nice friendly and helpful. I booked on line for the Airport Transfer to Krakow, then arranged the return trip with the driver. An excellent service which I will definitely recommend to friends.

From emailing Peter to book the tour before we arrived in Poland and Martin picking us up on time at our hotel, we were greeted with nothing but helpful and friendly advice and assistance. Martin really looked after us and made our day brilliant! He was very polite, courteous and considerate of our needs. He spoke very good English! The car was lovely and it was lovely to be chauffer driven in style on such a wet and cold day. It was great to have some extra time in Auschwitz rather than have to be sure to catch the Shuttle bus where u was not guaranteed a seat etc. I would recommend Krakow Direct to anyone.
