Zakopane is located in the heart of the Tatra Mountains. Situated only 100 km (60 miles) from Krakow, it is a very popular holiday destination. Zakopane attracts with its original folklore as well as close proximity to beautiful mountain trails. In summer, Zakopane amazes with its many valleys, peaks and ponds and in winter, with superb skiing conditions.

Our private Zakopane tour from Krakow takes about 9-10 hours. The journey lasts for about 2 hours each way, giving you 6 hours for your mountain adventure. The tour can also be extended for an additional charge. Our English-speaking tour leader, familiar with the area, will be your host. During our standard Zakopane tour, you will visit:

• The sculptor’s house in Chocholow village

• Gubalowka Hill by a funicular railway

• Krupowki Street, free time for lunch or a walk

• Ski Jumping Hill with a chairlift

• Optionally „Peksowe Brzyzko“, a beautiful old cemetery with hand-carved wooden sculptures

A cable car lift to the top of Kasprowy Wierch Mountain 1987m, with skip-the-line entry passes, comes as an extra option for an additional 30EUR. Contact our customer care, or just put a comment in the booking form if You request so.

It is also possible to modify our standard itinerary to fit your needs; Thermal pools Chocholow,  Morskie Oko hiking trail with a horse carriage ride, and Chocholowska Valley hiking trail. Your Pickup time will be provided to you once our customer service team proceeds with your booking but no later than 12 hours after Your order as we need to fit Your request to the Museum entrance availabilities.
